Dear Diana, last night, as I was listening to Kalinnikov`s Symphony No. 1 in G major, felt compelled to ask whether you think it could be choreographed into a four act ballet, possibly by the title: Winter Dreams. Also, because I would like to send you a birthday card, would you be celebrating it in New York or St. Petersburg?

The choreography can be applied, probably, to any music. Whether it will be good? It depends on the choreographer. I arrive to St.-Petersburg on July, 12th.

I love to watch every piece of ballet videos you performed, again and again. You are both excellent in dance and in role play. On watching your plays, not only can I fully understand the role in the ballet, but also I can see the most enchanting beauty your dancing exhibit. BTW, I hope Mariinsky will produce more DVDs of ballets starred by you. Your DVDs are so scarce. |
