I was wondering, have you ever injured yourself badly and needed to stop dancing for a while? unfortunately I have a bad injury that requires lots of rest and no dancing. Im scared that i will lose my technique..

Yes, I had serious trauma of a leg in 2008. I did not dance five months. Restoration is a problem, but I could return the form. I wish you good luck.
